Autism Acceptance Month: Inclusion and Respect
April is Autism Acceptance Month, a time to celebrate and promote the acceptance of individuals on the autism spectrum.
Intellectual and developmental disability
OneWell’s Personal Supports services provide assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and preparation of meals. When specified in the support plan, this service can also include heavy household chores to make the home safer.
OneWell Direct Support Professionals work closely with individuals, families, and program specialists to ensure all individuals live their life as they choose. Working 1:1 with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to meet the goals set for them by their collaborative care teams.

The Florida iBudget Waiver promotes and maintains the health and welfare of eligible individuals with developmental disabilities by providing medically necessary supports and services to delay or prevent institutionalization.
