Person-Centered Care
OneWell's Personal Care in Elderly Home Care
OneWell’s Personal Care services are thoughtfully designed to cater to the diverse needs of adults with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities). Our services encompass both Personal Care Level I (PC I) and Personal Care Level II (PC II), providing comprehensive support for individuals seeking assistance in daily activities and home maintenance.
Personal Care I
Personal Care I services ensure a safe and sanitary home environment, offer relief to caregivers, and assist with meal planning, housekeeping, shopping, companion or sitter services, assistance with financial matters, assistance with communication, client condition reports, and more.
Personal Care II
Personal Care II services focus on helping clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and monitoring vital signs. All our aides work under RN or LPN supervision, prioritizing clients' well-being and comfort while strictly adhering to non-medical IDD care guidelines.
