Available Services by Location
Supported Living Services (SLS)
Provides comprehensive, person-centered support to individuals living in their own homes or community settings, focusing on increasing independence while ensuring health, safety, and emotional well-being. Services include assistance with daily routines, skill development, community integration, and ongoing support tailored to individual needs and goals.
Independent Living Services (ILS)
Delivers individualized support designed to help individuals develop and strengthen essential daily living skills, including self-care, household management, and social engagement. Services are customized to promote independence, personal responsibility, and active participation within the community.
Coordinated Family Support (CFS)
CFS providers partner with individuals and families to create personalized, culturally responsive service plans that support remaining in the family home and adapt to changing needs.
Eligibility includes adults age 18 or older who live in the family home and receive Regional Center services.
Personal Assistance
Provides direct, hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and routine household tasks, while promoting dignity, independence, and overall quality of life.
Respite Care
Offers temporary care and supervision for individuals in a safe and supportive environment, allowing families short-term relief while ensuring continuity of care, emotional support, and individualized attention.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Through Tricare
Delivers evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services authorized through Tricare, focusing on improving functional skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and supporting positive behavioral outcomes across home, school, and community settings.

Home & Community-Based Services Waiver
Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waivers let Medicaid (Medi-Cal in California) offer creative care alternatives for those who would otherwise need a nursing facility or hospital.
