Services We Provide in Georgia

In-Home Respite

Temporary, short-term care provided in the home to offer relief and support for primary caregivers while ensuring continuity of care for the individual. Respite services provide a safe and supportive environment, allowing family members time to rest, manage personal responsibilities, or address other needs with peace of mind.


Accepted Funding: NOW, COMP, and Private Pay.

Community Living Supports

Person-centered services that help individuals develop and maintain the skills needed for independent living. Support may include assistance with daily routines, household management, budgeting, decision-making, communication, and community integration, empowering individuals to live more independently and confidently.

Community Access Individual

Individualized support designed to help people actively engage in their communities and build meaningful connections. Services focus on developing social skills, community participation, relationship-building, and greater independence through one-on-one assistance tailored to personal goals and interests.

Pediatric Skilled Nursing

Comprehensive skilled nursing services delivered by licensed nurses for children with complex medical needs. Care may include medication administration, health assessments, chronic condition management, specialized medical procedures, and ongoing clinical monitoring to support the child's health and well-being at home.


Accepted Funding: GAPP and Private Pay.

Pediatric Personal Care

Compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to help children remain safe, comfortable, and supported in their home environment. Services may include bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility assistance, and supervision, tailored to each child's unique needs.

 


Accepted Funding: GAPP and Private Pay.

Adult Skilled Nursing

Professional in-home nursing care provided by licensed clinicians for adults who require ongoing medical support. Services may include medication management, health monitoring, wound care, chronic disease management, nursing assessments, and specialized treatments designed to promote health and independence.


Accepted Funding: NOW, COMP, VA Community Care, and Private Pay.

Adult Personal Care

Personalized, non-medical support that assists adults with essential daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence. Services may include personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, meal preparation, and routine assistance based on individual needs and goals.

Non-Emergency Transportation

Reliable non-emergency transportation services that help individuals access important destinations within their community. Transportation may be provided for medical appointments, educational programs, employment opportunities, recreational activities, and other approved community engagements, supporting greater independence and participation.

Assistive Technology

Specialized devices, equipment, and technology solutions that help individuals increase independence, improve communication, and enhance daily functioning. Services may include access to tools that support mobility, safety, accessibility, communication, and participation in home and community environments.

A Medicaid-funded program that provides in-home skilled nursing and personal care services to medically fragile children under 21.

NOW/COMP Waivers

State-funded Medicaid waiver programs that cover eligible essential services at no cost to qualified individuals.

VA Community Care Program

This Program allows eligible Veterans in Georgia to receive medical & behavioral health services from local providers.

Private Pay
