Services We Provide in Georgia

Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing services provide professional medical care delivered by licensed nurses in the home. Services may include medication management, health monitoring, wound care, and coordination with physicians and care teams. Skilled Nursing is available under Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and Veteran Care Services, and OneWell accepts the applicable waivers for these programs.

Personal Care

Personal Care services offer hands-on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. These services are provided as part of GAPP services, helping individuals maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their home environment.

Homemaker and Home Health Aide

Homemaker and Home Health Aide services support daily living by assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and basic personal support as needed. These services are available under Veteran Care Services, helping create a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Payment Options & Waivers Accepted in Georgia

Georgia Pediatric Program

A Medicaid-funded program that provides in-home skilled nursing and personal care services to medically fragile children under 21.

NOW/COMP Waivers

State-funded Medicaid waiver programs that cover eligible essential services at no cost to qualified individuals.

VA Community Care Program

This Program allows eligible Veterans in Georgia to receive medical & behavioral health services from local providers.

Private Pay

Out-of-pocket payment option for families who prefer or require home care services outside of Medicaid or GAPP coverage.
