Anthony Netkovick brings more than 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral health, and Special Education to OneWell Health Care. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Healthcare. Anthony has worked across school, clinic, home, and community settings, supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across all age groups. He is committed to empowering individuals and families through person-centered, evidence-based behavioral strategies that promote independence, confidence, and long-term success. As Director of ABA Services at OneWell Health Care, Anthony leads the development, quality, and growth of ABA and behavioral programs across multiple states. His leadership ensures that OneWell delivers accessible, high-quality autism and behavioral health services that align with our mission to provide compassionate, innovative, and outcome-driven care.

Kiara brings more than a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavioral health services to her role as Behavioral Support Services (BSS) Program Manager at OneWell Health Care, a multi-state leader in IDD and behavioral support services. She has worked in the ABA field since 2014 and earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential in 2021. Kiara holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology, and she is currently completing her ABA/BCBA graduate coursework through Capella University as she advances toward Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Throughout her career, Kiara has supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across home, community, and school settings. She has extensive expertise in verbal de-escalation, positive behavior supports, crisis intervention, functional behavior assessment (FBA), and person-centered behavioral intervention. Her focus is on empowering children, adolescents, and adults to build meaningful skills, improve emotional regulation, and increase independence through evidence-based ABA strategies. As BSS Program Manager, Kiara leads the coordination, implementation, and quality assurance of OneWell’s Behavioral Support Services, ensuring that every behavioral support plan is individualized, data-driven, and aligned with best practices in ABA therapy. Kiara works closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote consistent support, high-quality service delivery, and measurable outcomes. Her leadership strengthens OneWell’s mission to deliver compassionate, innovative, and effective behavioral health and IDD services across the communities we serve. Kiara’s commitment to clinical excellence and person-centered care makes her an integral part of OneWell’s growing behavioral health programs.

Ashlyn Linderman is the Marketing Manager at OneWell Health Care, where she leads the Marketing Department and partners closely with all teams to ensure internal and external communications consistently reflect OneWell’s commitment to person centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Ashlyn joined OneWell in November 2020 as the company’s first Marketing Coordinator and has since helped shape and grow the OneWell and PAHM brands, including developing both organizations’ logos and visual identities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications and Advertising from West Virginia University and brings expertise in brand strategy, graphic design, and email marketing. Passionate about increasing awareness of high-quality IDD and home-based support services, Ashlyn is motivated by the smiles of the individuals OneWell serves and the stories shared by their families about the impact of compassionate, person centered care. Anthony has worked across school, clinic, home, and community settings, supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across all age groups. He is committed to empowering individuals and families through person-centered, evidence-based behavioral strategies that promote independence, confidence, and long-term success.
