Intensive Supports Waiver (ISW)
The Intensive Supports Waiver is designed for individuals with significant support needs. It offers comprehensive services that focus on health, safety, independence, and community participation, ensuring each individual receives the highest level of personalized care and assistance to achieve their goals.
Private Pay
Private Pay allows families and individuals to directly purchase services from OneWell Health Care without relying on a waiver or public funding. This option offers flexibility and choice, enabling customized support plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
