Verification of Benefits

3. Clinical Meet & Greet

Before testing begins, we meet personally with your family. This crucial step allows us to review the ABA process, discuss your specific goals, and ensure our clinical team fits your family culture.

Clinical Meet and Greet

4. Comprehensive Assessment

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) conducts a deep-dive assessment using tools like VB-MAPP or Vineland-3. This includes:

  • Caregiver Interviews
  • Direct Observation
  • Functional Behavior Assessment

We identify both functional deficits and priority treatment goals.

Clinical Assessment

5. The Treatment Plan

Based on the assessment, the BCBA develops a custom roadmap for your child. The Treatment Plan includes intervention strategies targeting deficits identified by assessments, direct observations and caregiver interviews.

This plan is reviewed with you and submitted to insurance for final authorization.

6. Direct ABA Services

Therapy begins! Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver one-on-one services under BCBA supervision. We operate where the child needs us most:

  • At Home
  • In the Community
  • At School (when approved)

7. Growth & Graduation

Our goal is to fade out. The BCBA conducts regular supervision and reviews progress data to modify the treatment.

When goals are met, we initiate transition planning, celebrating your child's graduation from services.
