We are currently looking for IDD Case Managers/Program Supervisors whose desire is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our participants so they can thrive.


Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $43,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
Job Location: Orange County, CA

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist participants with IDD and/or Autism in developing goals and strategies, which best service each individual according to their Individual Support Plan (IPP).
  • Manages and advocates for a caseload of participants and directly supervises all Direct Support Staff.
  • Trains Direct Support Staff on agency policy, the implementation of IPPs, and on behavioral management techniques.
  • Assists the consumer with attaining goals in order to have positive outcomes as described in the individual’s IPP.
  • Monitor individuals’ progress and service delivery through on-site visits and data collection.
  • Travels to and participates in monthly team meetings, IPP meetings, Annual Review Updates, and other team meetings as necessary.
  • Respects the autonomy and right to confidentiality of all consumers and families.
  • Produces accurate documentation of the services. Documents care provided and response of the consumer/family. Submits time sheets and all other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Advocates for changes in service(s) as necessary.
  • Provides coverage in emergency and/or crisis situations.
  • Performs all duties in an ethical manner and in compliance with local, State, and Federal laws, Medicare/Medicaid regulations and established personnel policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned.

Knowledge and Experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in the human services field.

  • Case management: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Speaking Spanish (Preferred)
