Services We Provide in New Jersey

In-Home Respite Care

Respite care provides short-term relief for family/primary caregivers of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Respite can be arranged for an afternoon or for several days or weeks. Care can be provided in the participant's home, or in a host family home.

Community-Based Support

Homemaking services support individuals with essential household tasks that contribute to a safe and healthy living environment. Services may include light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and organization to help maintain daily routines and overall well-being.

Individual Support

OneWell Direct Support Professionals work closely with individuals, families, and program specialists to ensure all individuals live their life as they choose. Payment Options & Waivers Accepted in New Jersey

Community Care Program (CCP) Waiver

CCP is a Medicaid home and community based services (HCBS) waiver program. It provides services for eligible individuals who live in a provider-managed setting, such as a group home or supervised apartment, or who live in their family home or in their own apartment, to assist them to live as independently as possible.

Support Program Waiver

The Supports Program is a Medicaid home and community based services (HCBS) waiver program. It provides services for New Jersey Adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in their family home or their own apartment or home, to assist them to live as independently as possible.
